We had a wonderful meal, they were very busy with take away orders. We were the only ones in the restaurant.
The food was VERY GOOD! Service was ok... read more once the server made it in for her shift.

My daughter raves about Soybean, and I was excited to try it. It took me awhile to decide what to order. I was expecting something above and beyond but it... read more was very much like the other Chinese take outs in the area.
The main difference to me was the amount of vegetables included with each dish. I would recommend trying Soybean. We did take out because of COVID, but it is eat in and I hear nothing but good things.

Our most recent visit was a huge disappointment. We live well over 30 minutes away and would happily go because the food was so good and the service was wonderfully... read more kind. Our order (for take out during an OFF peak time when not one person was in the restaurant) was delayed 30 minutes!! They did not make requested adjustments of taking out peppers from dish. Sadly we won't be returning.

Situated at a corner of a strip mall, right next to a now-closed K Mart, there is plenty of parking and the restaurant is welcoming and lively. The food is... read more very good, and a little less spicy than what's typical. The waiters are hardworking but harried. Things take a few more minutes to be done, but then they are done well. The prices are reasonable. One unusual thing: if someone has a birthday, the lights dim and glow to the Latin beat of Happy Birthday to You, and the waitress plays a little tambourine. The whole restaurant gets into the spirit of the moment. A great place to visit.
